Alyssa Deitsch is News 13's newest morning anchor. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and left the California coast for Arizona State University's well renowned Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication where she specialized in broadcast journalism. (Go Devils!)

While attending The Cronkite School, Alyssa held intern positions at NBC Bay Area at the News Assignment Desk and 3TV's 3 On Your Side Consumer Investigations in Phoenix. The most recent position she held was at Cronkite NewsWatch, a live, daily newscast at The Cronkite School in Phoenix, where she worked as a multimedia journalist, graphic artist and chyron operator.

Alyssa has worked both in front and behind the camera and loves the art of storytelling. She is very excited to be a part of the KCWY team and experience all that Wyoming has to offer.

While not enveloped in the news, Alyssa loves to try new things and go to new places. She looks forward to all the outdoor activities in Wyoming--especially hiking and snowboarding.
